To reset your account password, click here to be brought to our password reset tool; or navigate to https://www.orionscoringsystem.com/PasswordReset.aspx
1.Enter your Orion Account Number on the first page, this is the four-digit number you were provided in your Welcome to the Orion Scoring System email. Select Next.
2.On the second page, enter your account email address we have on file -- this is generally the email address you provided when purchasing/registering the product. Select Reset Password.
3.Once finished, an email containing your new, randomly generated password will arrive in your email inbox (check your spam/junk folder, this can take up to 15 minutes depending on your email provider's spam settings).
Once logged in to your Orion Customer Information Page:
1.Select the option Change Your Password under Quick Links (right-hand column.)
2.Enter a new, memorable password, then confirm it and select Save.
Your password is now reset! Moving forward, you will need this password to access your account.
