Some Window's workstations may requires Microsoft .NET framework 4.8 be installed or manually updated.
.Net Framework 4.8 is a free install from Microsoft
1.Download the installation file from https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet-framework/thank-you/net48-web-installer
2.After the file has downloaded it, run it or double-click the file icon on your web browser. An install wizard will appear to guide you through the .Net installation process.
3.Once the installation has completed you will successfully be able to run the Orion installer.
