An Incident Report (IR) details any irregular event that occurred during a match. For example if an athlete fired too many shots, cross fired, or had a malfunction. Incident Reports are usually filed out by Range Officers and then submitted to either a jury or the Statistical Officers (SO) via an Incident Report Form.

The Orion Mobile App supports electronic Incident Reports. These IRs are submitted by the RO in the app, and then electronically sent to the SO using Orion. It is the job of the SO to close the IR.
