Scopos no longer supports Orion Mobile App, including the ability to scan targets. Instead customers may use the all new Rezults at rezults.scopos.tech.
This topic applies only to targets shot using Orion Mobile.
Adjusting the sensitivity of your target image may be necessary for Orion to properly score the target with maximum confidence. The parameters listed are the default and recommended values, however, these may need to be changed slightly to have your target score properly.
This menu can be found with a match open, select Match > Score > Camera Scoring Sensitivity or by using the CTRL+F shortcut on your keyboard.
1.Only adjust the values using the up and down arrows by one click at a time.
2.Save
3.Rescore target (Right click the target in Match Scoring)
4.If additional adjustments are needed, go back to step 1.
If results are made worse, make necessary adjustments as described above. Use Default Values if you need to reset to default.
Aiming White |
A lower value may increase shot detection, however, may also introduce more "phantom shots" seen by Orion. A higher value may decrease shot detection, however, fewer "phantom shots" will be seen by Orion. |
Aiming Black Starting |
A lower value may increase shot detection, however, may also introduce more "phantom shots" seen by Orion. A higher value may decrease shot detection, however, fewer "phantom shots" will be seen by Orion. |
Percent Noise |
This will be the maximum level of noise seen in the aiming black. The noise level will automatically raise to this value if Orion deems necessary. |
Relative Threshold |
Relates to the minimum value before Orion recognizes whether or not a shot is present. Increase the value to reduce the number of phantom shots. Decrease the value to increase the number of found shots. |
Conventional Checkbox |
Check this box if the match is Conventional (e.g. 1600 Prone). Leave unchecked for International targets (e.g. 50m Rifle). |
