Can't Find the Match in Orion Mobile

Scopos no longer supports Orion Mobile App, including the ability to scan targets. Instead customers may use the all new Rezults at rezults.scopos.tech.

If you are having trouble finding a specific match in Orion Mobile, check the following:

 

In Orion Desktop, with the match open, check:

Within Match Properties, the Start and End Date of the match are set correctly. Many features within Orion mobile are not available after the end date of the match.

Within Match Properties, on the Result Center tab, sharing results is turned on.

Within Match Properties, on the Result Center tab, the Zip code of the match is listed correctly.

In the Match Competitors tab, each participant has the proper Roles set in Orion Desktop

In the Match Competitors tab, the email address and last name for the mobile app user is entered correctly.

Poor or no Internet connection on either the terminal running Orion.

NOTE: In can take up to 15 mintues, due to caching, for change to Match Properties to get reflected within the Orion Mobile app.

 

In Orion Mobile, check:

User is logged in with the correct account (the email address listed on Match Competitors tab in Orion Desktop).

On the home screen of the app, the correct date is selected.

Pull down to refresh.

Proper internet connection.
