Hostname is not a known hostname

Causes

Check that your Network Manager is on

When powered on the power indicator on the Network Manager should be lit with a blue light in the case of ranges with more than 12 firing points. For smaller ranges the Network Manager power indicator is a white light located directly below the power button.

Check you are on the correct WiFi Network

To use Athena you must be connected to the Athena network, either wirelessly or through the router that was provided with your Athena equipment. It does not matter whether you are connected to the 2.4ghz or 5ghz Athena network.
