Causes

Check that your Network Manager is on

When powered on the power indicator on the Network Manager should be lit with a blue light in the case of ranges with more than 12 firing points. For smaller ranges the Network Manager power indicator is a white light located directly below the power button.

Check that the Greengrass Deamon is running on Your Network Manager

The Greengrass daemon is the service running on your Network Manager. By default it is always enabled and running.
