The Network Manager, Orion, and all EST Units (Targets, Monitors, and Displays) all must be synchronize to run compatible versions. This error message means that your version of Orion is out of date and incompatible with the current Network Manager version. To update your Network Manager, first update your version of Orion.

Received error message: "Unable to confirm Network Manager has successfully updated" or "Error: Unable to Complete Update"

This error message may be received when trying to update the Network Manager. Most often, this occurs because the network manager is unable to communicate with IoT and, thus, cannot complete the update. You can confirm this by running the networking port tester and observing what tests fail, then reach out to your IT department with the information.
