Orion ranks Result Lists according to a specific set of ranking rules, formally called a RANKING RULE definition. The ranking rules are based on the tie breaking rules laid out in the relevant printed governing body rulebook.

If you believe you have found an error in the ranking rules please contact Scopos support and provide the following:

•URL of the Match page on Rezults.

•The Ranking Rule Definition (e.g. v1.0:orion:Standing 60 Shots). This will be listed at the bottom of the Result List on Rezults, or listed near the top of the Match Results tab within Orion.

•The apparent discrepancy.

 

Scopos engineers will review the discrepancy and correct any mistake. In most cases this is done within one business day. The updated definition files are automatically pushed to your Orion system when it is connected to the Internet.
